Pilates is a great alternative for any sort of muscle toning you’re looking to accomplish and is powerful in its effectiveness at targeting your entire body in a single workout.
The PILATES method is a targeted physical-mental training that approaches fitness of the body in its entirety. Based on the work of Joseph Pilates, who called his method ‘Contrology’, it takes a holistic approach in exercising and developing the core muscles of the body. This wholeness respects each individual's individual anatomy, strengths and limitations, both in the preventive and the rehabilitative areas and provides a comprehensive plan, tailored to the individual’s needs.
Our instructors have all completed their studies at PILATESwiss. The PILATESwiss Visceral approach to Pilates and Yoga, a highly efficient way to respect the functional organ and diaphragm alignment is what you will experience in at Live Fit Studio.
PILATESwiss programs are both PMA Pilates method alliance and Yoga Alliance recognized.

While Yoga is an ancient practice, it definitely has modern applications that can deliver real benefits. With regular practice you can increase flexibility, stamina and endurance; It also helps improve balance and strength and can give you an increased sense of calm and composure. It is the perfect way to unwind from the stress and pressures you undoubtedly face. Yoga encourages everyone to move at an appropriate pace for their body, without competition or judgment. We offer various yoga styles influenced by hatha, vinyasa & prayala. In addition we also offer trapez yoga.
Barre is a highly effective full body workout that will burn fat and sculpt muscles, within a fun and challenging routine! It consists of a unique blend of elements taken from ballet, Pilates, and free weights. Barre incorporates isometric movements, interval training and stretching to chisel the waistline, helping to develop the long lean muscles of a dancer. Using a combination of light weights, exercise tubing and your own body weight for resistance, Barre systemically works your whole body. Join one of our fun classes to help you tone arms, flatten abs, thin thighs, sculpt calves and lift the seat. The lack of jumping/bouncing not only makes Barre a safe way to sculpt the body, but an appropriate fitness challenge for any age or fitness level.

Pilates is the perfect way to get your body back in shape after pregnancy. Our Mommy and baby Pilates classes work on strengthening the whole body with a special focus on the core, pelvic floor and improved posture.
