Thomas trained in both classical and contemporary dance at San Francisco Ballet and The Royal Ballet School in London before continuing his education in movement and fitness.

His passion for helping people attain controlled and graceful movement inspired him to move into the field of Pilates, yoga, and fitness. He believes in teaching fun and rewarding classes through the use of graceful and controlled movement.

His aim is to promote healthy exercise that does not cause harm or excessive strain on the body. His classes focus on sculpting and toning the muscles while aiming to improve overall flexibility. With over twenty years of dance, he has gained both experience and knowledge in the joy and art of movement.
