Nadine found Yoga as a way back to herself. After every session on the mat she felt more centered, calmer and stronger. What started as a hobby back in 2003 evolved into her greatest passion!

 Nadine's Yoga style strongly focuses on a healthy alignment of the body and utilizing props to adjust every asana to your specific circumstances.

The more time we can spend in an asana, the greater its benefits will be.
