Jenna grew up in an athletic family where exercise has always been one major component to mental and physical health. She has a background in gymnastics and track and field and discovered Pilates when she was only a teenager.

 The Pilates method caught her attention because of its endless benefits, for example strengthening the deep muscle, improving posture and flexibility, which enable us to move freely and strongly and live fit.
