Cristina has always been interested in fitness and exercise but it wasn’t until she discovered Pilates over a decade ago, that it soon became her primary source of exercise and movement.

She knew that becoming a Pilates instructor would give her the opportunity to practice her passion while also helping and building relationships with others. She believes that strengthening the body and mind have a direct impact on one’s overall happiness.

Pilates combines discipline, strength and graceful movements for a full body workout and Cristina is excited to help you along your movement and Pilates journey.
